We want you to love your Citrus Husk item. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we are here to assist. 

 

What's the Policy?

  • For all items (excluding accessories, swimwear, sale items and custom orders) that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of smells and free of damage, simply send back within 10 calendar days of the delivery date and we'll refund the full cost of the item(s) and taxes. All original shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

 

How do I return my package?

  • All returns are free of cost to US customers. For all US orders, please contact us at service@citrushusk.com to initiate the return process. Once initiated, we will send you an email with a link to download and print the return label. Please allow a full 24 hours for this email. You may take the package, with the printed label, to any USPS location to ship. 

 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets all criteria mentioned above, you will receive email confirmation that the refund has been processed. If you've waited more than 14 days from shipping your return with no email, please contact us at service@citrushusk.com.
  • After we process your refund, it can take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. The refund will go back to the payment method used when placing the order.
